  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates but strive to deliver within the estimated time frames.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to addresses within All Countries. Currently, we do not offer international shipping to locations outside this region.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
